We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Life Sciences practice. This role is designed for a commercially driven leader with deep expertise in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, and broader Life sciences, combined with an understanding of AI, data, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of closing complex deals and building credibility with C-level stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in positioning Provectus as the trusted advisor and go-to partner for life sciences organizations exploring AI and data-driven innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Establish and strengthen Provectus’ presence as a leading AI and data partner in life sciences
Shape conversations with senior executives, positioning Provectus as a trusted advisor for long-term transformation initiatives
Identify and engage high-potential enterprise and SMB clients ready to leverage AI and data for transformative outcomes
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with Provectus’ capabilities and long-term growth objectives
Build, nurture, and qualify a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities through executive networking, ecosystem partnerships, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives
Translate market insights into actionable growth strategies
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to contract signing
Articulate Provectus’ value proposition and demonstrate measurable business impact for AI and data initiatives
Close high-value strategic deals that deliver both revenue and enhanced market positioning
Identify emerging market opportunities, develop innovative service offerings, and establish strategic alliances to expand Provectus’ footprint
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and marketing to co-create proposals and presentations tailored to executive stakeholders
Represent Provectus at conferences, executive forums, and industry events, reinforcing the company’s market presence and generating high-value opportunities
Serve as a recognized voice on AI, data, and digital transformation in the life sciences sector
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, focusing on Data/AI-driven transformation
Familiarity with R&D, clinical development, and regulatory processes
Can translate technical concepts of AI/ML, LLMs, Predictive models, Data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) into business value
Proven experience working with Data/ML-driven solutions in life sciences
Strong track record of enterprise sales and business development
Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, etc.)
Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams
Active presence in the industry (conferences, speaking engagements, thought leadership)
