Operational Role: Handling the BD team and working with the execution team

Responsible for achieving sales target
Defining the exact marketing processes and being responsible for executing the same
Developing relevant business proposals
Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
Managing client
Provide necessary training to the sales team as and when needed
Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the sales team – by guiding them to move in the proper direction
Organizational Role: To enhance organizational effectiveness by setting up appropriate marketing strategies
