Job Responsibility:
Manages employees and mid-level managers planning, developing and managing sales and marketing campaign
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, may provide technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
Exhibits and leads team members with Boeing’s Values and Behaviors in all aspects of performance
Focus on Future Technology Programs
Requires a deep understanding of USAF mobility and air refueling missions and employment processes to support the development and understanding future capabilities and requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher
10+ years of experience working with the US Department of Defense (DoD)
10+ years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry
5+ years of leadership or project management experience
5+ years of experience with COCOM or USAF MAJCOM to include Joint Mission Planning and Execution, Operations and Long-Range Planning roles
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Existing special program access clearance(s)
3+ years of experience working with USAF Weapons School in decision-making position
3+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships
3+ years of experience developing tailored DoD products to include new business strategies for Advanced Mobility requirements and capabilities
