We are hiring a Growth Lead & Deal Maker — a senior business developer who knows how to open doors that others can’t, command the room, and close transformative deals. This role is not about sending LinkedIn messages. It’s about identifying high-stakes players across the GCC and globally, building executive-level relationships, pitching with authority, and converting opportunity into revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying & Targeting High-Impact Opportunities: GCC priority markets with a strong focus on the UAE/KSA
UAE-based prospects
Global brands expanding into the GCC that need a serious growth partner
You will map decision-makers, understand internal politics, and create access strategies.
Own the Full Sales Cycle: Executive-level outreach and relationship building
Qualification of strategic fit and budget scope
Leading high-stakes pitch processes
Crafting compelling commercial proposals
Negotiating retainers and performance-based structures
Closing 6–7 figure mandates
Requirements:
Comfortable negotiating with CEOs and government-backed entities
Fluent in English (Arabic /French is a strong plus)
Driven by targets, but allergic to mediocrity
Happy with a base salary + a high-performance commission structure
