Job Responsibility:
Marketplace Acquisition: Identify marketplaces in demand, define strategic approach, build business cases, lead commercial negotiations
Land & Expand: Define mutual growth plan for first year after go-live, develop and refine targeted brand hunting lists, proactively identify high-potential brands, support Brand Success and Sales Managers in acquisition
Marketplace Promotion & Engagement: Conceptualize and execute campaigns to promote marketplaces to brands, empower Brand Success & Sales Managers with sales arguments and materials
Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast opportunity pipeline and update CRM
Facilitate brand introductions to relevant marketplaces
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Marketplace Management, or Strategic Partnerships
Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and establishing sustainable, high-value commercial relationships
Expert in Strategic Business Casing and ROI analysis
Data-driven mindset
Experienced in navigating complex commercial terms and co-creating long-term roadmaps
Talent for conceptualizing multi-channel campaigns and creating resources such as pitch decks
Disciplined professional with a commitment to operational excellence
Accurate forecasting
Experience in the US market is a strong plus
Nice to have:
Experience in the US market
Familiarity with the US marketplace landscape and the commercial nuances of scaling brands within that region
