Job Description:

Purcell is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Business Development Manager to join our London studio. Working closely with our regional London & South East Leadership team, the Senior Business Development Manager will drive growth in the London & South East region across multiple sectors. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of the region’s business development, as well as working closely with the wider Business Development and National Sector teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the regional business development strategy
  • Work closely with the Regional Leadership team to identify new business opportunities for the LSE region across core sectors
  • Identify key targets, arrange and attend external business development meetings to generate leads
  • Plan and lead targeted business development campaigns
  • Schedule and manage regular meetings with key regional team members to keep track of opportunities and business development activities
  • Proactively engage with the regional team to encourage and support business development activities and initiatives
  • Build a focused networking strategy around key industry events, including identifying speaking opportunities
  • Build own network of contacts through regularly attending industry networking events
  • Organise Purcell hosted events
  • Support sector leads on a national level
  • Manage CRM for the Region
  • Manage monthly regional business development meetings
  • Understand the principles of winning bids and analysis
  • Build confidence and share best practice with regional activists
  • Work closely with the marketing team & graphics
  • Work closely with the bids team
  • Work closely with wider business development team
  • Work with LSE leadership team to gather client feedback
