Senior Business Development Manager

• Identify and secure new potential business opportunities
• Dive into the biogas and wastewater treatment markets to find exciting new business ventures
• Develop clear business plans and partnerships to turn opportunities into successful projects
• Build strong relationships with clients and tailor solutions to their needs
• Mentor team members and collaborate with internal departments to drive success
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to elevate the brand and generate new leads
• Monitor industry regulations and policies to assess their impact on business strategies

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any other related field
• Strong understanding of biogas and WWTP industries, with experience in the Palm Oil Mill Industry being an advantage
• Possess good track record in closing sales and project management
• Possess skills in negotiating agreements and communicating effectively for all levels
• Self-motivated and can take a project from start to finish
