Job Brief – Senior Business Development Manager. Industry: Voice AI Technology. Target Market: Logistics, 3PLs, Solution Providers, Integrators, WMS.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own full sales cycle: prospecting → closing
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts (Logistics integrators, 3PLs, Solution Providers)
  • Develop account strategies focused on ROI and long-term relationships
  • Present and position Voice AI solutions as transformative for logistics clients
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing for custom solutions
  • Achieve/exceed revenue targets via consultative sales
  • Maintain accurate pipeline & forecasting in CRM (Pipedrive)

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales success
  • Background in logistics sector or selling tech/SaaS solutions into Logistics, Integrators, 3PLs
  • Strategic, consultative selling
  • Able to navigate complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
  • Pipeline and forecast management (Pipedrive experience ideal)
  • Startup mindset: proactive, independent, results-driven
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Comfortable with remote, autonomous working

Nice to have:

  • Senior BDM or Sales Manager in Logistics/Tech/SaaS
  • Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) or voice solutions
