As our Senior Business Development Manager- Stores, you will play a key role in shaping the next phase of our Stores business. You will work closely with the Director New Sales Channels, Store Leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence across all locations. You take ownership of high-impact topics, lead complex projects end-to-end, and act as a sparring partner for leadership, contributing to both the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of our Stores. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.
Job Responsibility:
Drive and shape key strategic initiatives to fuel growth and performance of the Stores business
Lead complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, from concept to rollout, ensuring measurable impact
Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured frameworks and clear, actionable solutions
Optimise commercial and operational performance by identifying key levers and implementing scalable solutions
Generate actionable insights through data analysis and leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and scalability
Act as a strategic sparring partner for Store Leadership, confidently challenging and aligning stakeholders towards common goals
Continuously improve structures, processes, and tools to enable scalable and efficient store expansion
Requirements:
+5 years of professional experience in consulting, business development, strategy, or a similar fast-paced environment
Strong track record of delivering outstanding results and measurable impact in complex, fast-paced settings
Proven ability to own topics end-to-end, drive them forward with a strong performance mindset (high standards, accountability, bias for action) and consistently follow through
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguity and simplify complexity
Hands-on, pragmatic mindset, combining strategic thinking with a strong execution focus
Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers, ideally in retail or consumer-focused environments
Confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership, while bringing clarity, alignment, and direction
Fluency in English and German
