Job Description

As our Senior Business Development Manager- Stores, you will play a key role in shaping the next phase of our Stores business. You will work closely with the Director New Sales Channels, Store Leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence across all locations. You take ownership of high-impact topics, lead complex projects end-to-end, and act as a sparring partner for leadership, contributing to both the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of our Stores. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

Requirements

  • +5 years of professional experience in consulting, business development, strategy, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong track record of delivering outstanding results and measurable impact in complex, fast-paced settings
  • Proven ability to own topics end-to-end, drive them forward with a strong performance mindset (high standards, accountability, bias for action) and consistently follow through
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguity and simplify complexity
  • Hands-on, pragmatic mindset, combining strategic thinking with a strong execution focus
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers, ideally in retail or consumer-focused environments
  • Confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership, while bringing clarity, alignment, and direction
  • Fluency in English and German
