Requirements:
Has built their career in business development within a consultancy environment
Brings strong experience selling professional services into public sector organisations
Has led complex sales cycles from lead generation through to contract close
Can demonstrate consistent sales performance and delivery (figures expected on CV)
Has exposure to procurement and supply chain services (highly desirable)
Is ambitious, commercially minded and motivated by building something long-term
