Our client is a premier and international event operator and they are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager - Partnership to join their team. This is a new headcount due to business expansion. You will join a results-driven team within the high-profile MICE and events sector.
Job Responsibility:
Drive market analysis to develop and support premium corporate hospitality packages and act as the primary contact for high-level service delivery
Support the creation and execution of long-term sponsorship opportunities, including partner research and coordinating legal/marketing documentation
Manage the implementation of sales strategies for sellable digital and physical inventory spaces, overseeing order placement and optimization of revenue-generating assets
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and major corporate sponsors/Coordinate internal operational teams to ensure the flawless execution of all client campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder or above
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales, marketing, or business development experience
Experience in the MICE, large-scale events, or corporate sponsorship industries
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua
Ability to build effective working relationships and to influence, persuade, and engage stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skill
