As we aggressively scale our footprint across the Middle East and Africa (MEA)— including key markets such as Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, and the GCC—we are looking for a visionary, results-driven growth champion to spearhead our expansion from our Ramallah branch.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Regional Expansion: Design and execute localized GTM strategies to penetrate high-priority K-12 and institutional markets across Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, the GCC, and broader African territories
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, pitch, and close high-value partnerships with major private school networks, educational publishers, corporate aggregators, and tech-hardware distributors
  • B2B Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial market research and institutional prospecting to negotiation and contract execution
  • Government & Stakeholder Relations: Represent Kideotech with high credibility in front of regional decision-makers, educational ministries, and international development entities to position our platform for large-scale deployments
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our product and pedagogical teams to align market-specific feedback with future feature rollouts, ensuring maximum product-market fit
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze regional compliance, data regulations, localization requirements, and competitor landscapes to protect company reputation and optimize pricing models

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of proven business development or enterprise sales experience, ideally within the EdTech, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), or corporate education sectors in the Middle East and Africa
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • A robust, pre-existing professional network of school group owners, regional distributors, ICT aggregators, or educational stakeholders in the MEA region
  • Demonstrated experience executing phased, high-level strategic partnerships where professional credibility and trust are paramount
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Readiness to travel regionally as required
