Job Responsibility
Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL solutions within the Insurance sector
Develop strategic plans and execute strategies to onboard partners and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to understand organizational structures, expand into new markets and channels, and achieve revenue targets
Stay current on trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the lifestyle and financial services sectors, with a specific focus on how these intersect with the Insurance industry
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, the competitive landscape, and identify potential opportunities within the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) space for insurance providers
Work closely with product development, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and provide effective support to partners
Monitor and report on key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
8-16 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the Insurance, Fintech, or BFSI industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per business requirements
