Job Responsibility

  • Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL solutions within the Insurance sector
  • Develop strategic plans and execute strategies to onboard partners and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to understand organizational structures, expand into new markets and channels, and achieve revenue targets
  • Stay current on trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the lifestyle and financial services sectors, with a specific focus on how these intersect with the Insurance industry
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, the competitive landscape, and identify potential opportunities within the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) space for insurance providers
  • Work closely with product development, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and provide effective support to partners
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • 8-16 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the Insurance, Fintech, or BFSI industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per business requirements
