Currently, they are undergoing a strategic commercial expansion within the Essential Oils and Natural Ingredients sector. Unlike many competitors who act solely as intermediaries, our client is a direct upstream producer of key materials. This vertical integration allows them to offer unparalleled traceability and quality to the global fragrance and FMCG markets. This role is designed for a commercially sharp individual to transition the company from a producer into a strategic natural ingredient partner for global brands.
Job Responsibility
Execute targeted strategies to develop new customers across assigned regions
Secure and grow strategic accounts within Global Fragrance & Flavour (F&F) houses and ingredient traders
Progressively establish direct engagement with Cosmetics, Personal Care, and FMCG manufacturers
Build deep relationships with procurement teams, perfumers, formulators, and R&D stakeholders
Monitor global demand trends, pricing movements for patchouli oil, and shifts in sourcing behavior regarding sustainability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related discipline
Minimum 5-8 years of B2B commercial experience specifically within the essential oils, fragrance, or specialty chemical sectors
Proven exposure to supplying F&F houses, ingredient traders, or contract manufacturers (OEM/ODM) in the beauty and personal care space
A solid grasp of essential oils and natural aromatic ingredients used in perfumery and home care formulations
Demonstrated ability to convert relationships into commercial supply agreements and long-term contracts
A proactive 'road warrior' willing to travel and adapt to cross-cultural business environments
