As a Business Development Manager, Airline Partnerships, you will support and grow relationships with a portfolio of airline distribution partners, helping to drive revenue growth and long-term collaboration. You will represent the company in day-to-day airline partner interactions, working closely with internal teams to execute commercial initiatives, support partner needs, and contribute to enterprise growth goals. This role requires a mix of account management, sales execution, and analytical skills.
Job Responsibility:
Support the management of a portfolio of airline accounts, contributing to growth strategies and execution plans
Track partner performance, analyze results, and help identify risks and growth opportunities
Build a strong understanding of partner business objectives and assist in developing initiatives aligned with their strategy
Identify opportunities to improve commercial relationships and collaborate with internal teams to address them
Help organize and participate in quarterly business reviews with airline partners
Partner with finance teams to support forecasting and revenue tracking for airline partnerships
Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives and insertion orders (I/Os) with airline partners in support of growth goals
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with senior team members
Act as a liaison between airline partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and a strong traveler experience
Develop a working knowledge of the global travel market, with a focus on airline industry dynamics
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a track record of supporting revenue growth
Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline), with exposure to or experience in the LATAM market preferred
Familiarity with commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem
A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
Ability to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
A detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving
