As a Senior Business Development Manager - Analytics & Process Excellence, you will play a key role in shaping how we scale the business: identifying growth opportunities, building data-driven strategies, and translating them into concrete initiatives with measurable impact. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across markets. You will help define priorities, challenge the status quo, and build scalable solutions that directly influence commercial performance. The position is permanent and based in Munich.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and drive strategic business development initiatives end-to-end
  • Translate complex data into clear business decisions
  • Identify and unlock new growth levers
  • Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and operating models supported by AI
  • Lead cross-functional projects across Commercial, Operations, Tech, Finance, and international teams
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, or business development
  • Strong business acumen combined with deep analytical skills
  • Hands-on project leadership experience
  • A structured, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for execution and ownership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
