Wissen Technology is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead IT Services sales and account management efforts focused on Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India. This is a strategic opportunity for a sales leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through high-value engagements in Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and account plans to drive significant revenue growth
Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets of $3M–$4M through new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion
Create and execute customer mapping and outreach plans to penetrate new GCC markets
Identify, establish, and cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at GCC entities
Serve as a subject matter expert on Wissen’s IT service offerings
Prepare and deliver compelling, value-driven presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and business goals
Requirements:
10+ years of overall professional experience
At least 5–6 years in direct IT services sales or business development
Proven success in selling complex technology solutions related to Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation
Demonstrated ability to manage and achieve significant sales targets ($3M+ annual quota)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem and its operational dynamics
Experience working with IT service organizations such as TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, etc.
Nice to have:
Prior experience selling specifically to GCC entities in India
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise consulting
Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles and compliance frameworks
