You will join a dynamic Intermediary and Brokerage business unit focused on expanding the firm's insurance footprint. The team operates with a clear mandate to build and maintain high-value relationships with external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational excellence in targeting key growth markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifying and capturing new business opportunities to meet aggressive growth targets
  • Developing strategic plans to expand the insurance portfolio through the broker channel, specifically targeting key international markets
  • Leading the onboarding of new partnerships
  • Managing relationships with offshore broker partners
  • Executing joint business initiatives
  • Establishing sales processes and operating models to optimize application conversion
  • Providing daily support to external sales consultants

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in business development or sales within the insurance industry, with a proven track record of achieving business growth and managing strategic partnerships
  • Deep understanding of life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • specific experience in the Broker channel is highly preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
  • Must hold valid insurance licenses (completion of IIQE Papers 1, 2, & 3) and meet CPD requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a strong analytical mindset to optimize sales models and work independently
