Senior Business Development Manager – EdTech (Saudi Arabia) Suits a Teacher / Educator / Head of Dept type or experienced EdTech Sales professional AI-first | High-growth global scale-up Remote (can be based anywhere in Saudi Arabia) $80-100k USD + $16-40k USD commission USD Want to sell something that actually makes a difference in classrooms? I’m partnering with a fast-growing organisation which has an AI-first EdTech platform used by 1000s of schools around the world, helping teachers cut admin and focus on teaching. They’re now scaling in Saudi Arabia and hiring a Senior Business Development Manager (could be a Teacher / Educator / Head of Department or an experienced EdTech Sales professional) to own revenue growth across the country.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive new business with schools / international schools
  • Run demos and close consultative SaaS deals
  • Generate pipeline (network, outbound & inbound)
  • Build long-term relationships with school leaders
  • Own the full cycle from first conversation to signed contract

Requirements

  • Experience as a Teacher / Educator / Head of Dept looking to move into Sales or experience selling EdTech SaaS / tech solutions
  • Understanding of IB / British / American and/or international curricula
  • Fluent Arabic & strong English spoken and written skills
  • Confidence with senior stakeholders
  • A building from scratch & entrepreneurial mindset
