Job Responsibility:
Lead sales activities for RIFE, our proprietary product for banks
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various lead generation strategies
Identify new opportunities and manage them from start to finish
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients in the banking industry, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional sales
Cooperate with internal teams to align sales goals and optimize sales strategies
Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and comprehensive sales documentation for potential clients in close cooperation with internal teams responsible for the product
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in IT product sales in the banking sector
Experience in Business Development in DACH Sector
Ability to develop new opportunities into sold projects
A network of contacts in the banking market and a strong ability to generate leads through networking events, referrals, and other channels
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term business relationships
Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Knowledge of IT implementation projects in the banking industry
At least basic understanding of insurance products
