We're seeking a talented Business Development Representative to lead our business development effort in the Heat Exchanger Fabrication & Manufacturing sector across the USA and Canada. Job Responsibility:
Establish Alleima as preferred partner and tube provider with heat exchanger fabricators
Collaborate with Account Manager and the Technical Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth
Identify, qualify and quantify new business opportunities
Be the trusted partner to current customers to grow the existing business
Identify customer business drivers and develop and execute account plans to drive profitable growth
Conduct regular business meetings and presentations through extensive travel to customer and end-user sites
Provide tailored commercial and technical solutions, while negotiating contracts and agreements
Participate actively in daily decision-making processes involving quotes, projects, and agreements, alongside the sales organization
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to anticipate customer needs and opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum) or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales
Solid understanding of fixed process equipment manufacturing, refining, chemical processing, or similar industries
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English is essential
