The Senior Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving the growth of Integris Capital, HEXA’s subsidiary focused on real estate investment and partnerships. In this role, you will lead market research, source and evaluate investment opportunities, and manage investor relationships across the full lifecycle. You will also own the branding and content direction for Integris Capital, ensuring a strong, consistent presence that supports investor engagement and capital-raising efforts.
Job Responsibility
Establish clear workflows across investor acquisition, engagement, and retention
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through calls, email updates, and events
Provide timely, accurate information regarding investment performance, new opportunities, and market insights
Support the investor lifecycle and manage CRM updates
Define and execute the content and branding direction for Integris Capital across all communication channels
Oversee and guide the content development team to ensure high-quality, on-brand output
Conduct market research on the multifamily real estate industry
Prepare a monthly market report summarizing rent trends, cap rates, supply/demand analysis, submarket performance, and other investor-relevant insights
Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial and market data
Identify, evaluate, and submit potential acquisition opportunities aligned with annual investment goals
Conduct preliminary underwriting and prepare executive summaries for review
Perform initial site analysis, document review, and basic due diligence following Integris Capital’s acquisition process
Handle investor or partner concerns with diplomacy and professionalism
Protect company reputation by managing sensitive communication tactfully
Collaborate with leadership on crisis messaging and brand protection
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Company
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field
OR 3-5 years experience in investor relations, relationship management, marketing, or related roles (real estate industry preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proven experience in remote work
or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style
Expertise in content creation and marketing efforts
highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
