Reqiva is partnered with a climate tech startup is looking for a Business Development Executive as they build their GTM team to help bring an innovative climate analytics platform to market. The company is building a data-driven DaaS solution that helps organisations measure climate impact, understand risk, and deliver sustainability insights. This role will play a key part in driving commercial growth and building early customer relationships. Job Responsibility:
Build pipeline and drive new business opportunities
Execute go-to-market strategy for climate analytics products
Engage with enterprise customers, sustainability teams, and industry partners
Lead early sales conversations and solution-based discussions
Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
Provide market feedback to help shape product and positioning
Requirements:
Experience in business development, sales, or GTM roles in SaaS or technology
Strong ability to build relationships and develop pipeline
Comfortable working in startup or high-growth environments
Strong communication and commercial mindset
Nice to have:
Experience in climate tech, sustainability, or ESG
Experience selling data platforms or analytics products
