Job Description:

Hang Seng Bank is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (MPF) to maintain close relationships with customers, provide premium service, and develop new insurance products. This role leans heavily on fostering strong customer service and market expertise to maintain and grow the corporate and individual customer base. Responsibilities include customer satisfaction, business activities participation, and referral opportunities exploration.

Job Responsibility:

Understand and provide excellent customer service, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our MPF products at bank branches
Build up close relationship with business partners and demonstrate strong market expertise
Participate in business activities and any ad hoc business programs and activities
Complete business fulfillment process as appropriate
Maximize customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, providing information about products and services that suit and fulfill customers’ needs
Explore referral opportunities for various products

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience on MPF sales or customer services
Passes in the Insurance and MPF Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations as well as HKSI licensing examinations is a must
Strong self-motivation and customer service orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software
