The primary focus of the Senior Business Development Role is to generate demand for Jobin & Jismi’s solutions and services through outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients through outbound telemarketing and prospecting activities
Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for the Jobin & Jismi Sales Team
Conduct initial qualification of prospects using recognized sales qualification frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion) to ensure lead quality and sales readiness
Effectively communicate Jobin & Jismi’s value proposition to potential customers
Perform regular follow-ups with qualified leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline
Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities including calls made, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates to management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems, ensuring all lead and customer interactions are properly documented
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates
Perform database management and record-keeping activities to support business development operations
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and performance targets
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in telesales, outbound prospecting, or business development
Familiarity with B2B sales qualification frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC
Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into potential business opportunities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
