Requirements:
8–10 years of domestic freight sales experience
3PL or brokerage background (not freight forwarding)
Shipper-facing sales, not exclusively carrier-side
FTL / LTL / intermodal experience
Proven new logo hunter with strong prospecting cadence
Senior floor presence — mentorship, informal leadership, or lead signals
