Our client is a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider specializing in efficient warehousing and freight services.
Job Responsibility
Promote and sell standardized logistics products, including standard warehousing solutions, air freight, and sea freight lane products
Identify, target, and acquire SME customers to expand the company's client portfolio and market presence
Handle daily customer relationship management, manage contract renewals, and evaluate SME clients for potential upgrade into Key Accounts
Partner with the Operations and Solutions teams to support smooth client onboarding and ensure high service quality based on customer feedback
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain industries (B2B/SME acquisition experience preferred)
Possession of an active network of transferable clients to bring in will be highly advantageous
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proactive, follow through mindset
Comfortable in spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
