Job Description

A well-established player in the FMCG space. They are known for driving growth through strong distributor networks and deep engagement with key F&B chains.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive strategic growth within HORECA channels, focusing on large chain restaurants, QSRs, and café groups
  • Lead new business acquisition and secure long-term supply agreements with key F&B accounts
  • Manage distributor performance to achieve sell-out targets across product categories
  • Oversee trade spend, promotions, and regional sales budgets to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with customers on product listings, menu integration, and business planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of Business Development experience in HORECA, Foodservice
  • Track record in managing accounts, especially multi-outlet or chain F&B groups
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working with distributors and managing nationwide execution is an added advantage
