Job Responsibility
Drive strategic growth within HORECA channels, focusing on large chain restaurants, QSRs, and café groups
Lead new business acquisition and secure long-term supply agreements with key F&B accounts
Manage distributor performance to achieve sell-out targets across product categories
Oversee trade spend, promotions, and regional sales budgets to maximize ROI
Collaborate with customers on product listings, menu integration, and business planning
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of Business Development experience in HORECA, Foodservice
Track record in managing accounts, especially multi-outlet or chain F&B groups
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working with distributors and managing nationwide execution is an added advantage
