Job Responsibility:
Engage in B2B consultative sales of ICT solutions and services, targeting high-value opportunities
Build and maintain a strong, active client portfolio
Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives across various industries
Lead negotiations, presentations, and closing of deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Leverage CRM tools and other business applications to manage sales activities and pipeline effectively
Focus on sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or utilities is a plus
Navigate and influence ICT procurement processes in both private and public sectors is a plus
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 7–10 years in B2B consultative sales in ICT solutions and services
Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets
Established client portfolio with strong, active relationships
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives (C-Level) across multiple industries
Experience selling into manufacturing, retail, or utilities sectors, is a plus
Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Ability to develop and sustain long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite
Deep understanding of ICT solutions, including enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, infrastructure, and managed services
Knowledge of ICT procurement processes in private and public sectors is a plus
Nice to have:
