The Senior Business Development Associate will work in collaboration with the Duplo Sales Team and be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation. They will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's overall business objectives and sales targets.
Job Responsibility
Be accountable for sales growth and performance on Duplo’s product offerings
Work with the Sales Team to recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to drive recurring revenue across Duplo’s product offerings
Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and functionality of Duplo’s solutions to drive sales
Collaborate with Finance, Product Management, and Marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with Marketing for demand generation, inbound and outbound, and other marketing programs to drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition
Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
Develop and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies
utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually improve sales processes
Recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and SLAs
Establish, nurture, and expand the partner relationship to drive increased preference for Duplo’s products and solutions
Drive engagement and adoption by partners to scale business growth
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the enterprise B2B payments sector
Utilize market insights to refine the sales strategy and identify potential business partnerships
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in Saas B2B sales, payments, and fintech
Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers
Experience in structuring, pricing, and negotiating partnerships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals for the business and for partners
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and figure it out
