Job Responsibility

  • Project manage and draft complex, high-value formal RFPs, pitches, and capability statements tailored strictly to the Corporate & Finance practice
  • Structure, write, and visually elevate bespoke presentation decks for critical client beauty parades and pitches
  • Work directly with practice partners to define pitch strategies, refine client-facing messaging, and coordinate fee proposals
  • Deliver all pitches, tenders, and presentation materials in high-quality English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
  • Own the compilation of submissions for major publications like Chambers, Legal 500, and IFLR, and prepare partners for researcher interviews
  • Maintain and update the core suite of Corporate & Finance marketing assets, including practice profiles, deal sheets, and partner CVs
  • Support regional client development through relationship mapping, target research, and post-pitch feedback analysis
  • Plan and execute client seminars, webinars, and thought leadership releases (deal announcements, legal alerts) tailored to the finance sector

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related discipline
  • 5 years of marketing and business development (M&BD) experience, strictly within a professional services environment
  • Proven track record in project managing complex, end-to-end formal RFPs and pitching processes
  • Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior partners
