Job Description:

Senior Business/Data Analyst for the RUBY Business team within Treasury, partnering with Global Process Owners in process standardization and design. The team operates Citi's forecast platform used for Interest Rate Risk, CCAR, and internal financial forecasting exercises, supporting both regulatory required external forecast scenarios and internally focused planning and analytical exercises.

Job Responsibility:

Combination of executing existing forecast processes as well as working with business and technology partners to identify and develop enhancements, improvements, and new functionality
Technology development with traditional lifecycle and agile approach
Individual analytical work as well as partnership across teams to identify solutions to business inquiries
Supporting an active forecasting engine and balancing conflicting partner and platform priorities
Defining information and refining process requirements in partnership with Global Process Owners, Operations, and Technology

Requirements:

5+ years' of experience in Business or Financial Analysis
Experience with analyzing Actual and Forecast results, in particular Balance Sheet and Treasury
Seasoned experience working with large data sets
Proficiency with standard analysis tools (Excel / Access / SQL/ Python)
Strong communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
Strong relationship-building skills with a keen ability to provide direct guidance and technology consulting
Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
Bachelors/University degree
