Job Description:

The role focuses on ensuring effective Business Continuity and Incident Management controls, monitoring these controls, and supporting incident responses. It includes collaboration with global and regional teams, engaging with regulators, and delivering risk standards for BCM.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure Business Continuity and Incident Management (BCIM) controls are effective
Monitor BCIM controls
Support effective responses to incidents
Perform quality assurance reviews
Collaborate with global and regional BCIM teams
Ensure risk controls are managed to agreed standards
Support departments accountable for effective BCM
Engage with regulators and agencies
Deliver an effective Business Continuity and Incident Management programme

Requirements:

Has experience in supporting the response to major incidents
Ability to make decisions when under pressure and within tight deadlines
Ability to balance multiple competing demands to find the best solutions
Experience in risk or control management
Delivering business continuity training
Knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to Business Continuity and Incident Management
Professional certification in Business Continuity a significant advantage
Ability to translate global, regional and local priorities to direct local activities
Subject matter expert in Business Continuity and Incident Management Programmes
Experience of working in highly regulated and complex international organization
Fluency in English a pre-requisite, with knowledge of local languages an advantage
Must have the right to legally work in Hong Kong
