Job Description

We are seeking a Business Consulting Transformation Lead to deliver complex consulting engagements end-to-end, from problem definition through to target design and value realisation. The role focuses on operating as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping transformation agendas, ensuring delivery risks are addressed, and embedding sustainable outcomes across cross-functional environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end diagnostics and opportunity shaping for complex problem statements, quantifying value and prioritising initiatives
  • Design target operating models and end-to-end process frameworks, including governance, controls, roles, and performance measures
  • Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps covering investment rationale, delivery approach, and risk mitigation
  • Facilitate senior stakeholder forums, aligning priorities and driving agreement on strategic trade-offs
  • Define and lead benefits realisation frameworks, ensuring value tracking and sustainability of outcomes
  • Lead change impact assessments and adoption strategies, including communication, readiness, and capability development
  • Collaborate with programme and project teams to ensure solutions translate into measurable delivery outcomes
  • Coach consultants and analysts on structured problem solving, consulting methodologies, and high-quality outputs

Requirements

  • Experienced professional with 6+ years in consulting, transformation, operational excellence, or business change roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating model design, process redesign, and business case ownership
  • Strong experience in executive stakeholder management and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes
  • Skilled in consulting engagement leadership, from diagnostics to roadmap execution and value delivery
  • Knowledge of governance models, decision frameworks, and performance measurement
  • Experienced in transformation leadership, including change impact and adoption strategies
  • Proficient in process optimisation methodologies such as Lean and quality management practices
  • Strong analytical capability, using data to generate insights, KPIs, and decision support
  • Awareness of digital, automation, and AI-driven opportunities within transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and across complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to Power BI or similar tools
