This founding role offers a unique opportunity to build, document, and scale the business coaching function at Prompt. The right person will combine strategic coaching expertise with operational excellence — defining repeatable processes, building educational programs, and helping shape how we deliver and grow our business coaching offering at scale. We’re doing something special here, and this role will be critical in taking Prompt, and our clients, to the next level.
Job Responsibility:
Coach and Advise: Deliver high-impact business coaching to clinic owners and directors focused on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth
Build Scalable Systems: Design, document, and refine repeatable coaching frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs to standardize delivery across clients and future coaches
Develop Educational Programs: Lead the design of scalable learning experiences — including group coaching, on-demand courses, and the Startup Growth Initiative — to help clients grow at scale
Operationalize and Automate: Partner with Operations and Success to identify automation opportunities, improve workflows, and build infrastructure that enables the department to scale efficiently
Support a Light GTM Motion: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to help position, promote, and refine Prompt’s business coaching and education offerings
Gather and Analyze Insights: Use client performance data to identify recurring challenges, shape course content, and inform product development
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure coaching programs align with Prompt’s platform capabilities and feature rollouts
Track and Report Outcomes: Measure coaching effectiveness, client growth, and program ROI — delivering insights to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in business coaching, consulting, or operational leadership within healthcare, rehab therapy, or related industries
Proven success in growing, managing, or optimizing a healthcare or therapy business (multi-location experience a plus)
Strong operational mindset — able to document, systematize, and improve complex processes
Deep understanding of clinic operations, financial management, and growth levers in the therapy space
Excellent communicator and facilitator
able to motivate and hold clients accountable while inspiring internal collaboration
Data-driven and tech-savvy, with comfort using analytics tools to drive insights and measure performance
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for structure, scalability, and process improvement
Nice to have:
Prior experience in B2B SaaS or EMR platforms
Experience building or scaling business coaching programs or online learning content
Knowledge of continuing education accreditation (CEUs) and curriculum design
Familiarity with Prompt or other EMR systems
Background in operational leadership within outpatient rehab
