Job Description

We’re working with an international business that’s mid-way through a fairly significant ERP transformation across multiple entities and regions. This isn’t a greenfield build or a clean, textbook environment. It’s live, evolving, and being shaped by ongoing growth and change. They’re looking for a Senior Business Central Developer to come in and get up to speed quickly, support a stretched team, and play a key role in how the platform develops from here. You’ll be working across Dynamics 365 Business Central, the wider D365 stack, and the Power Platform. There’s a mix of hands-on development, support, and project work, along with some involvement in shaping how things move forward.

Job Responsibility

  • Hands-on development in Business Central (AL)
  • Supporting a live, multi-entity environment across different regions
  • Working on ongoing projects and system improvements
  • Building out solutions across Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)
  • Integrating BC with other systems (APIs, workflows, etc.)
  • Working closely with stakeholders to get things done

Requirements

  • Strong Business Central development experience
  • Solid AL skills (extensions, customisations)
  • Power Platform experience is essential
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, slightly messy environment
  • Able to balance support, development, and project work

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-entity or international setups
  • EDI / B2B integrations
  • Exposure to release processes, DevOps, or system governance
