7+ years' experience as a business analyst or process architect with expertise in defining current state business processes and building strategy for optimal future state
5+ years' experience with visualization tools like: Visio, Lucid, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
5+ years' experience with Agile and project management tools like: Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office tools
5+ years' experience managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives simultaneously
3+ years' experience building vision for Technical Products, and driving execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)

Job Responsibility

Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services

Creates features and stories for current and future products based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and Customer Experience (CX) needs
