Job Description:

Join HSBC's Group AI function to support the development of Generative AI products. Provide key business insights into AI and drive value creation using AI across the organisation through analysis, engagement, and collaboration across Group AI Management & Strategy and Value Streams. Work across multiple teams and with data from multiple sources to create valuable output ensuring AI performance and providing insights to drive adoption and successful development of AI.

Job Responsibility:

Data Analysis for AI Insights: Gather information from various sources and provide analysis to derive insights regarding AI utilisation and its contribution to business value
MI Report Development and Maintenance: Develop and sustain detailed reports to effectively monitor AI performance and ensure responsible AI
Trend Identification and Strategic Support: Identify trends and patterns within data to support informed strategic decision-making processes
Collaboration with AI Engineers: Collaborate with AI engineers to develop requirements for new AI features
Presentation and Communication: Create compelling presentations and communications that communicate data about AI performance and adoption
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and other emerging technology advancements relevant to the financial services sector

Requirements:

Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills to provide data-driven output
Ability to navigate and interpret intricate datasets
Demonstrable expertise in utilising Excel and other data analysis tools
Experience in report generation and creation of presentations from complex technical data
Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications within business environments
High ethical standards and awareness of ethical considerations of Generative AI implementation
Strong organisational skills to manage AI events and engagements
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented
