Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is a contract to permanent opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges and delivering innovative solutions. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, effective requirement gathering, and alignment of business needs with technology solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Build strong relationships with business and IT teams to align processes and technology solutions with organizational strategies
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely delivery of project requirements and business documentation
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to streamline the requirements discovery and validation process
Create detailed documentation, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria, to support project execution
Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business goals
Develop and assist in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans in collaboration with business partners
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that minimize disruptions
Utilize tools such as workflow analysis and data flow modeling to create future-state process models
Maintain traceability matrices and other artifacts to support downstream processes like design, development, and QA
Mentor and guide other Business Analysts within the organization, fostering their growth and attention to detail

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in business or systems analysis
At least 5 years of experience working within structured methodologies such as Scrum or Waterfall
Proficiency in industry-standard Requirements Management tools
Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Expertise in process-driven analysis, including gap analysis and business process improvement
