At KARL STORZ, the Senior Business Analyst serves as a strategic leader within the IT organization, driving enterprise-wide initiatives and delivering high-impact solutions across HR systems, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors. This role partners closely with HR and executive stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives, while owning mission-critical systems and leading transformation initiatives across a global environment.
Job Responsibility
Partner with HR business stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions (Employee Central & LMS)
Lead enterprise-level IT initiatives, including global SuccessFactors rollouts
Drive alignment between IT strategy and HR business goals across regions
Collaborate on system integrations (SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite)
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data protection, and governance policies
Serve as a senior liaison between executive stakeholders and IT delivery teams
Facilitate workshops and present roadmaps and recommendations to leadership
Perform advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and dashboard development to support decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or related field
5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central & LMS)
Experience with SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite (preferred hands-on exposure)
