Senior Business Analyst

• Project Leadership: Lead sprints, assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain an accurate project schedule while ensuring teams have the resources to succeed
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage stakeholder expectations with a clear focus on outcomes, providing weekly updates and collaborating closely with internal development teams and external vendors
• Execution & Delivery: Oversee the execution of project activities, managing interdependencies to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and achieve established milestone dates
• Risk & Documentation: Identify project risks and issues, implement robust mitigation strategies, and maintain up-to-date documentation compliant with the project framework

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects to successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Extensive experience managing change management programmes within highly complex, regulated environments
• Proficiency in diverse delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and standard project management tools
• Strong capabilities in capturing business requirements (current and future state) and transposing them into clear process flows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven professional relationship management and negotiation capabilities
• A strong achievement focus and resilience, with the ability to prioritize a high volume of complex activities
• Tertiary qualifications are preferred, alongside relevant procurement accreditations, certificates, or industry memberships
