Senior Business Analyst

• Driving Finance IT business analysis to support the implementation of the Finance Target Architecture (Azure Databricks)
• Analyzing and specifying complex integration requirements for technical accounting systems
• Working closely with business stakeholders to capture and document business needs
• Translating business requirements into implementable user stories and work items in Azure DevOps
• Collaborating closely with development teams and other Finance IT teams
• Analyzing and documenting as-is processes and data flows, performing gap analysis, and defining to-be solutions
• Defining high-quality source system data derivation rules and proposing practical implementation solutions
• Modelling finance data and integrating with the existing enterprise data landscape
• Providing test data and supporting system and integration testing
• Coordinating and supporting UAT activities, including documentation and training materials
• Supporting go-live activities and transition into BAU operations
• Monitoring and adapting solutions based on changing business or technical requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on complex transformation projects
• Strong background in financial services, insurance, finance IT, or accounting system integrations
• Excellent experience working in agile delivery environments
• Very strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Solid data modeling literacy, able to read and analyze complex logical and physical data models
• Ability to produce high-quality functional and technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly analytical, structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, international environments
