Job Description:

Aramex Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital & Technology team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business needs and product strategy into clear, actionable requirements that deliver value to both customers and the business. Working closely with the Head of Solutions & Demand and key stakeholders, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of products and services across the Oceania region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with the Head of Solutions & Demand and other senior leaders to translate the Oceania product strategy into a prioritised delivery roadmap
  • Co-own and manage the product backlog in conjunction with the Head of Solutions & Demand, ensuring that all initiatives are defined and aligned to business value and customer outcomes
  • Develop and deliver new products and services, as well as enhancements to existing products
  • Assist stakeholders to complete initial project brief / high level requirements
  • Define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to support development and delivery teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to launch and market new products or product enhancements
  • Act as a key liaison between development and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely communication, contributing to development stand-ups, post implementation reviews as required
  • Collaborate with Reporting team to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help to drive the adoption of new products or product enhancements, supporting the Process & Change Manager with the communication, training, and hypercare to both the Digital & Technology run team, and business stakeholders
  • To consistently demonstrate the leadership behaviours and be a role model within the business
  • To assist with any other projects or initiatives as required and directed by the Head of Solutions & Demand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, facilitate discussions and document requirements
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
  • Positive energy and a 'Can-do' attitude
  • Team player
