Aramex Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital & Technology team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business needs and product strategy into clear, actionable requirements that deliver value to both customers and the business. Working closely with the Head of Solutions & Demand and key stakeholders, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of products and services across the Oceania region.
Job Responsibility:
Work with the Head of Solutions & Demand and other senior leaders to translate the Oceania product strategy into a prioritised delivery roadmap
Co-own and manage the product backlog in conjunction with the Head of Solutions & Demand, ensuring that all initiatives are defined and aligned to business value and customer outcomes
Develop and deliver new products and services, as well as enhancements to existing products
Assist stakeholders to complete initial project brief / high level requirements
Define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to support development and delivery teams
Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to launch and market new products or product enhancements
Act as a key liaison between development and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely communication, contributing to development stand-ups, post implementation reviews as required
Collaborate with Reporting team to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Help to drive the adoption of new products or product enhancements, supporting the Process & Change Manager with the communication, training, and hypercare to both the Digital & Technology run team, and business stakeholders

To assist with any other projects or initiatives as required and directed by the Head of Solutions & Demand
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, facilitate discussions and document requirements
Proven project management skills
Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
Positive energy and a 'Can-do' attitude
