Job Description:

Join CSIRO - Australia's National Science & Innovation Agency to lead high-impact, enterprise-scale projects and service improvement initiatives. This 12-month position involves delivering enterprise-scale projects, service improvements and lifecycle management initiatives, working across geographically and technically diverse environments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead analysis activities including facilitating workshops
Gather and refine requirements
Develop user stories
Verify deliverables
Host product demonstrations
Prepare operational documentation
Work with project manager on estimating project costs and identifying business savings
Contribute to improvement in business analysis processes and delivery procedures
Coach, mentor and support junior team members

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst within ICT sector
Demonstrated effective communication and requirements-gathering skills
Experience in business process improvements in complex environments
Ability to manage several competing project priorities simultaneously
Customer-focused approach in formulating project solutions
Ability to seek out underlying problems and requirements
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience using Design Thinking Methodology
Proficiency in BA tools modelling standards (e.g. Business Process Model and Notation)
