There are lots of complex programmes on the go right now but the bigger picture here is creating a team and wider community, who are disciplined in approach, are capable, and where knowledge is retained and utilised to drive deliverables and benefit everyone in the goal of greater customer centricity. The role has breadth and variety, influencing and facilitating will come naturally, as will building those key stakeholder relationships. You will delve in and research and understand the breadth of our technology, the where, who, and how it is used (not just product software development) and you will understand and know the nuances and the benefits of continuous evolution to a true agile approach. This is an overarching role, sitting more across Scrum teams, than embedding in one. It is about helping shape direction and best practices that will improve outcomes and real change.

Must be able to comfortably commute to our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, at least 2 days per week
