Job Description:

HSBC is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work onsite in Pune, India. This role involves analyzing and aggregating data, handling workforce management processes, driving process improvements, and supporting governance forums. The candidate should have excellent analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience working in matrixed organizations.

Job Responsibility:

Handle large data with Excel to create reports and views
Aggregate and present information for senior stakeholders
Take end-to-end responsibility of processes and reports
Develop tooling infrastructure and drive change management implementation
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Develop communication and governance
Support workforce management tasks and streamline processes to improve end-user experience.

Requirements:

Excellent analytical capabilities and advanced excel skills
Ability to analyze and interpret large sets of data and compare information in different systems
Ability to resolve data accuracy gaps and analyze data for good data quality
Experience supporting workforce management related operational processes for onboarding, off boarding, extensions, and sub-processes
Ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Manage processes and guidelines by maintaining an up-to-date Confluence Page
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, relationship and presentation skills
Effective written and spoken communication skills in English
Ability to build consensus with stakeholders under multiple conflicting demands
Previous experience with HSBC internal systems such as Pioneer, GPDM, GMIS and ERF
Ability to support governance tasks such as distributing pre-meeting packs and documenting outcomes
Previous background working in matrix organizations with global stakeholders
Strong influencing and data analysis skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented self-starter.
