Job Description:

The role involves promoting and governing PMO frameworks, leading service design projects end-to-end, monitoring financial and KPI performance, and fostering operational excellence within the I&IT PMO function. Applicants should possess strong communication, leadership, and technical competencies related to IT systems and project management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promotes the implementation and governance of PMO frameworks, policies, processes and software/tools
  • leads the analysis of PMO functions, processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement
  • defines, documents, and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for the I&IT business unit
  • supports the development of and monitors progress of the operating plan for the Program Management Office
  • prepares, gathers, and maintains KPI and financial records related to project delivery
  • tracks I&IT-related procurement activities and supports the initiation of procurement projects
  • manages staff augmentation reporting processes
  • supports strategic communications within the team
  • promotes best practices and techniques for I&IT PMO
  • develops, analyzes, measures, and reports on I&IT PMO KPIs
  • assists in the readiness process of capital funding submission requests to the Investment Panel
  • provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in service design focusing on development and review of experience design projects (including user research, UX design and service design initiatives) end-to-end
  • ability to lead or supervise service design activities and deliverables, including stakeholder workshops, research sessions, analysis and synthesis of insights, experience design direction, service design blueprints and service design or UX prototypes
  • completion of a degree or diploma in Business Administration or Information Systems, or a related discipline – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
  • minimum six years of demonstrated experience in Project Management, and/or Change Management roles preferably in Information Technology planning
  • CPA, CA or CMA
  • interpersonal, oral/written/presentation communications skills to document and present business needs, specifications, reports, project documents, and implementation plans.
