Senior Business Analyst

• acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and requirements
• gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications
• collaborating with data and engineering teams on data integration, pipelines, and system design
• supporting the Product Manager in backlog management and prioritization
• identifying and tracking key KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities
• facilitating workshops and discussions to ensure clear communication and shared understanding
• contributing to the development of AI-driven insights and data-driven features
• ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives

• have experience as a Business Analyst in data/commercial projects (pricing, sales, market data)
• have practical knowledge of SQL and are comfortable working with data
• understand how data platforms, integrations, and pipelines work
• have experience working with business stakeholders and translating their needs into requirements
• can look at a product holistically (KPIs, performance, optimization)
• have worked in an Agile environment and with backlog management
• have basic understanding of AI / insight-generating models and their business applications
• are comfortable working at the intersection of business – data – technology
• communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

experience in pharma or regulated environments is a plus
