Senior Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Analyst to join our client, one of Canada’s leading financial institutions, at their Downtown location. This is a pivotal role within one of the bank’s most significant initiatives—a large-scale migration project moving from one primary book of record to another. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business partners and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition during a major enterprise migration. You will be responsible for deconstructing complex 'current state' processes and defining the 'future state' requirements necessary to support critical conversion activities. This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days per week onsite in downtown Toronto.
