Job Description:

HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world. The role involves responsibilities like WFM planning, data analytics, and stakeholder management. The position requires strong skills in data presentation and process improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Be responsible for providing meaningful insights on WFM Planning, inline with the Operations & Strategic decisions
Need clear understanding of the data source to bring together different aspects of WFM planning function
Revisit and define standards and processes for governance eg. capture scenarios / build trend
Assess / review requirements from the stakeholders and have the ability to discuss / challenge to take it forward
Define performance parameters and publish regular reports showcasing the progress of the GBGFs
Work hand in hand with GBGF stakeholders to enable them to drive their strategic priorities
Define book of work for the team to come up with meaningful and value added services through data analytics

Requirements:

Extensive Stakehoder management
Ability to influence decision making with useful Insights drawn from data
Excellent Data Presentation skills for clear and crisp messaging which is easy to comprehend
Be part of the continuous improvement journey from System & Process perspective
